When will I receive my image?
Standard images take 21days
Bespoke orders take 28 days
Do I need to own the image I wish to print?
In submitting an order for customised canvases the customer confirms that they own the intellectual property rights to the respective photograph/artwork or have obtained the relevant written permission. We reserve the right to refuse to print or manufacture any image that may cause offence.
How is the image protected?
The inks used in printing are fully resistant to conditions outdoors.
What is the maximum size that can be made
The larges size which we can currently print to is 3.2m x 1.6m
What shape can you make?
Currently we only print to rectangular and square sheets - if your require a specific shape please contact us for more information.
Will the image Fade?
We have a 5 year guarantee on all the printed art due to our great confidence in the ink and printing quality. The image may however need to be cleaned from time to time to remove any debris which may accumulate on the surface.
If I am not satisfied with the product I receive what should I do?

What file size does my image need to be to ensure a good quality print?
A minimum of 300 dpi at full resolution. We will confirm the quality once we have received the image.
What inks do you use?
Uvijet UV curable inks - these inks are specifically formulated to match the productivity and expected application range for today's digital printers. Uvijet inks deliver vibrant colour's and durability for both internal and external applications
Where and how can I hang my finished canvas ?
We recommend hanging the image against a solid wall using screws or nails to fix it in place. All our images come with a fixing block at the back which allows you to attach wire or string. Please note that if you drill holes in the fixing block to attach wire you cannot return it for a refund.
