Do I require planning permission?

Usually, in the majority of situations, planning permission is not required. Planning permission is not usually required because the product is classed as a "portable sectional  building". If planning permission is required for your timber building, we are now able to offer a full planning service from start to finish including architectural drawings. - Find below the criteria for when planning is usually required:

• You wish to locate your building within 5 metres of your home.
• You seek to locate your building between the home and the highway.
• The proposed building is under 30 sq. metres and under 70 cubic metres.
• Your property is not in a Conservation area or a listed building.
