We will present a 3D walk-through of your new outdoor space, which will transport you into your future garden. This will be a colour rendered animation with realistic textures and materials, with a realistic representation of your house and its future garden.

The planting shown will be a 3D representational illustration of the structure and leaf form of the plants we envisage. A suggested planting list will also be included with the design.

A survey will be taken of the existing garden to record all the dimensions and changes in level. All services and key features you wish to retain will be noted on our survey. All this information will be taken into consideration when designing your garden.

Brief
A written brief describing our aspirations and design ideas for your garden. This is a chance to ensure that we have understood your hopes for the garden and to discuss any alterations you wish to make.

Mood board
The concept board will illustrate ideas we have for different aspects of your garden with inspirational photographs of plants, existing gardens and products.

A1 plan
A detailed garden layout plan is the final drawing we produce. It will illustrate the potential of the garden. This will enable you to see every structural aspect of the design drawn to scale. The detailed design plan will show key plants, structural planting and features.

Design booklet
A booklet containing visualisations of the finished garden. This includes a list of plants, products and materials incorporated in the design.

A3 layout plan
An additional plan with further details of your finished design.

DVD
A full 3D walkthrough of your future garden on a personalised DVD, perfect for showing your friends and family!
