- Kamados: A key advantage of these ceramic vessels are their ability to insulate. Not only does this require less total heat for cooking, it also lets you cook at significantly higher temperatures, or at very low temperatures, for a significantly longer time. Combine this with the ability to not only control, but fine-tune the temperature, and you get a grill that is extremely versatile.
- Braais: These South African charcoal and wood-fired barbecues are all about the fire, the food and the company. These outdoor ovens have a variety of features and produce healthy, tasty food cooked over wood or charcoal.
- Teppanyaki: Teppanyaki cooking is a wonderfully theatrical method of cooking but also extremely healthy. Our products utilise patented 'shallow dip' technology which removes the need for a run-off collection tray providing a sleeker and more stylish appearance. Light seasoning and fresh ingredients are major characteristics of teppanyaki because teppanyaki style of cooking enhances rather than covers up the original flavour of its ingredients.
