Step 1
The segments are placed on the prepared foundation / sub base
(see specification).
Place the first section in position and on the intended line of fixing.

Step 2
Present the next section to the first and click them together.

Step 3
Segments can be cut using a handsaw jigsaw or band saw to fit the area intended.

Step 4
Once the product is installed gravel can be spread across the surface to fill the segments. An overfill of 10 - 20 mm can be used to conceal the grid from sight.

StablePAVE PRO is normally supplied as square metre assemblies (4-segments) locked together ready for use.

Each segment has lugs on the 4 sides that interlock with the adjacent segment. On the opposing sides the lugs are rounded. on the other two sides they are angular and pointed.
Laying format
The segments interlock with each adjacent segment in a manner that prevents uplifts from segment to segment, thereby eliminating raising edges that cause pedestrians to trip.

Additional notes
When installing on slopes, begin the laying from the lower end of the slope which should have a kerb.
If being used for vehicular traffic, ensure that the edge where the vehicles run onto the StablePAVE PRO is flush with adjacent ground or pavement and has a kerb.

For pedestrian areas the sheets can simply be left and filled. Edging is not essential but is does give a good finish to the area.
Kerb stones may also be necessary along the side of an installation where regular vehicular use is planned to prevent lateral movement.
