Outdoor Cookery Supper Club - 8th May
Join us for a Spring Cookery Supper Club with local chef Sally Iddles.
Using the best of British spring produce, Sally will demonstrate cooking techniques on a range of outdoor equipment, including a Kamado Joe grill, a Charlie oven and a wood-fired oven.
Tickets include full instructions, delicious food & soft drinks throughout the event. Feel free to bring a tipple of your choice!
You'll even be sent all the recipes for everything cooked during the class.

Wood roasted local asparagus with whipped feta
Roasted pepper houmous with crudites
Quick yogurt flatbreads
Butterflied legs of lamb with rose harissa + pistachio + parsley pesto
Baba ganoush + wild garlic
Rosemary and bay roasted potatoes
Vanilla roasted cherries with Amaretto and clotted cream
