Description: This exceptional pulmonaria cultivar offers outstanding foliage interest combined with beautiful early spring flowers. The long, narrow, lance-shaped leaves are heavily silvered, creating an almost metallic appearance that illuminates shady corners of the garden. The silvery-white spotting and marbling covers much of the leaf surface, giving a frosted effect that remains attractive from spring through to autumn. In early to mid-spring, clusters of tubular flowers emerge in shades of gentian blue, creating a striking contrast against the silvery foliage. The flowers often open from pink buds, adding an extra layer of colour to the display. 'Trevi Fountain' has a particularly graceful, upright habit with arching foliage that resembles a flowing fountain, hence its name. This cultivar is notably mildew-resistant compared to many pulmonarias and maintains clean, handsome foliage throughout the growing season.
