Common name: Pinky-Winky Panicle Hydrangea
Description: This robust and distinctive panicle hydrangea produces enormous cone-shaped flower panicles that create a spectacular two-toned display. The large blooms emerge lime-green in midsummer, gradually turning white before the base florets transform to deep pink whilst new white flowers continue to appear at the tips. The sturdy, upright shrub has dark purplish-red stems and yellow-green foliage, creating an attractive framework for the impressive 30cm+ flower panicles that persist from July through to autumn frosts.
