A fine evergreen herbaceous perennial, commonly known as Scalloped lady's mantle, for cottage-style or mixed plantings, grown for its green flowers in summer.
It grows to around 0.1m tall with a spread of 0.15m. Happy in full sun, though it tolerates some shade on most soils, and grows well in reasonably drained soil. Fully hardy throughout the UK. Holds an RHS Award of Garden Merit.
