A fine deciduous herbaceous perennial, commonly known as Greater masterwort, for cottage-style or mixed plantings, grown for its white flowers in summer.
It grows to around 0.6m tall with a spread of 0.46m. Happy in sun or partial shade on most soils, and prefers moisture-retentive soil. Fully hardy throughout the UK and valuable for wildlife, attracting bees and butterflies.
