Betula Royal Frost ='Penci-2'

A handsome deciduous tree, commonly known as Birch, that makes a fine specimen in the garden, notable for fine autumn tints.

Reaching around 7m tall by 2.5m wide at 10 years. Happy in full sun, though it tolerates some shade on most soils, and prefers moisture-retentive soil. It produces yellow flowers in winter, spring, with attractive white bark. Fully hardy throughout the UK and valuable for wildlife, attracting bees and birds.
