Carex buchananii
An elegant evergreen ornamental grass, commonly known as Leatherleaf sedge grass, bringing movement and texture to plantings, providing year-round structure and foliage.
It grows to around 0.65m tall with a spread of 0.6m. Happy in full sun on most soils, and grows well in reasonably drained soil. It produces brown flowers, with brown fruits. Reliably hardy across most of the UK.
