Corylus avellana 'Red Majestic' - 5 litre

A first-rate deciduous tree, commonly known as Red hazel, offering real character in the landscape, prized for its autumn colour.

Expect it to reach around 3m tall by 4m wide at 10 years. Happy in full sun, though it tolerates some shade on most soils, and grows well in reasonably drained soil and is drought-tolerant once established. Fully hardy throughout the UK and valuable for wildlife, attracting bees and birds. Holds an RHS Award of Garden Merit.
