Description: Helleborus x hybridus 'Tutu' is a highly ornamental lenten rose bearing exquisite fully double pink flowers with ruffled, tutu-like petals that give the blooms an extraordinary depth and fullness. Flowering from mid-winter to early spring, the blooms persist for many weeks and slowly fade to soft, muted tones with age. An evergreen perennial that forms slowly spreading clumps, it is ideal for shaded borders and woodland-style gardens. The double flowers retain an upward-facing habit, making them easier to appreciate than many nodding hellebores.
