Nemesia Lady Kate ='Penkate'

Description: Nemesia 'Lady Kate' is a delightful, fragrant-flowering annual producing a continuous succession of charming bicoloured blooms in rich violet-purple and crisp white with a small yellow centre, from late spring through summer until the first frosts. The compact, mounding plants grow to around 30cm and are ideal for hanging baskets, window boxes, patio pots, and the front of sunny borders, where their delicate scent can be appreciated close up.

Position: Full sun to partial shade; best in a sunny, sheltered position.

Soil pH: Neutral; well-drained, moderately fertile compost or soil.

Moisture: Water regularly; keep evenly moist but not waterlogged. Deadhead to prolong flowering.

Winter hardiness: Frost-tender half-hardy annual; plant out from mid-May once all risk of frost has passed and enjoy until the first frosts of autumn.
