Description: Primula vulgaris 'Strawberry' is a delightful spring-flowering primrose producing cheerful blooms in a soft, warm strawberry-pink with a contrasting yellow eye. One of the earliest flowering bedding plants of the year, it brings welcome colour to containers, window boxes, and spring borders from late winter through to mid-spring, often beginning to flower in February in milder areas. It is fully hardy across the UK and tolerates cold, wet spring weather robustly, making it one of the most reliable and low-maintenance choices for early season colour.

Wildlife attraction: bees and other early-emerging pollinating insects — a valuable early nectar source
