Description: 'Thor' F1 is a vigorous, highly productive sweet pepper producing large, blocky fruits that ripen through orange to deep red, with thick, fleshy, very sweet walls that are excellent for eating raw, roasting, or stuffing. The plants are robust and heavy-cropping, and 'Thor' is particularly noted for its reliable performance under UK conditions both in a greenhouse and in a sheltered outdoor position. It crops generously from midsummer to autumn.

Soil pH: Neutral; rich, fertile, moist, well-drained compost.
Moisture: Water generously and consistently. Feed weekly with high-potash fertiliser once fruiting.
Winter hardiness: Frost-tender perennial grown as a half-hardy annual; plant out once all risk of frost has passed and bring indoors or discard in autumn.
