Description: Rose Crush is a distinctive beefsteak tomato variety producing large, attractively coloured fruits in shades of deep pink to rose-red. The flesh is sweet, juicy, and low in acidity, with a mild, rounded flavour that differs pleasingly from conventional red beefsteaks. The unusual blush colouring makes it a striking addition to the table, standing out in salads and on cheese boards. As a cordon variety, it grows vigorously and crops generously under glass, where the large fruits develop their best colour and flavour.
