Description: Supersteak is a classic beefsteak tomato variety bred to produce impressively large, deeply ribbed, meaty fruits with a rich, full flavour that makes them exceptional for slicing and cooking. Individual fruits can weigh 400g or more, with dense, juicy flesh and relatively few seeds — qualities that make them a favourite for sandwiches, salads, and sauces. As a cordon variety, it requires staking and regular side-shoot removal, but rewards the effort with a consistently impressive harvest of substantial, high-quality fruits.
