Expect it to reach around 3m tall by 3m wide at 10 years. Happy in full sun, though it tolerates some shade on most soils, and needs good drainage and is drought-tolerant once established. Notable for orange fruits. Reliably hardy across most of the UK and valuable for wildlife, attracting bees and birds. Holds an RHS Award of Garden Merit.
