A reliable deciduous shrub, commonly known as Dingle dangle tree, well suited to UK gardens, prized for its autumn colour.
Growing to around 3m tall by 3m wide at 10 years. Happy in full sun, though it tolerates some shade on most soils, and grows well in reasonably drained soil. Notable for red fruits. Reliably hardy across most of the UK and the fruits provide food for birds.
