Heuchera villosa 'Palace Purple'

A garden-worthy evergreen herbaceous perennial, commonly known as Purple leaved coral bells,, easy to establish and generous in flower, grown for its red flowers in summer.

It grows to around 0.46m tall with a spread of 0.4m. It is best in full sun, though it tolerates some shade, in alkaline to neutral soils, and grows well in reasonably drained soil. Notable for ornamental red stems. Fully hardy throughout the UK and the flowers are a good nectar source for bees.
