Ligustrum ovalifolium 'Aureum'

An attractive semi-evergreen shrub that performs well in a range of garden settings, valued for its fragrant white flowers.

Expect it to reach around 3m tall by 3m wide at 10 years. Happy in full sun, though it tolerates some shade on most soils, and grows well in reasonably drained soil. Notable for ornamental brown stems. Reliably hardy across most of the UK and valuable for wildlife, attracting bees and birds. Holds an RHS Award of Garden Merit.
