Description: This compact evergreen shrub features bright green, small oval leaves that create dense, fine-textured foliage perfect for formal clipping and shaping. 'Maigrun' maintains excellent colour throughout the year and responds beautifully to regular pruning, making it an superb alternative to box for topiary work and low hedging. The tiny, inconspicuous cream flowers appear in spring, followed by small blue berries. This versatile shrub forms a naturally neat, rounded shape but can be trained into various forms through careful pruning.
