A fine deciduous herbaceous perennial, commonly known as Mountain fleece, for cottage-style or mixed plantings, grown for its pink flowers in summer, autumn.
It grows to around 0.9m tall with a spread of 1m. Happy in sun or partial shade on most soils, and grows well in reasonably drained soil. Fully hardy throughout the UK.
