Prunus 'Kiku-shidare-zakura' (Cherry)
A first-rate deciduous tree, commonly known as Cheal's weeping cherry, offering real character in the landscape, notable for fine autumn tints.
Expect it to reach around 2m tall by 2m wide at 10 years. Happy in full sun, though it tolerates some shade on most soils, and grows well in reasonably drained soil. Fully hardy throughout the UK and a useful plant for bees.
