Spiraea japonica 'Goldflame'

An attractive deciduous shrub, commonly known as Japanese spiraea, that performs well in a range of garden settings, notable for fine autumn tints.

Expect it to reach around 0.75m tall by 0.75m wide at 10 years. Happy in full sun on most soils, and prefers moisture-retentive soil. It produces pink flowers in summer. Fully hardy throughout the UK and the flowers are a good nectar source for bees.
