A reliable evergreen shrub, commonly known as Spineless yucca, well suited to UK gardens, grown for its white flowers in summer, autumn.
Growing to around 3m tall by 2m wide at 10 years. Happy in full sun on most soils, and needs good drainage and is drought-tolerant once established. Hardy in sheltered gardens, benefiting from a warm wall or winter protection in colder spots. Holds an RHS Award of Garden Merit.
