Acer shirasawanum 'Jordan'

A first-rate deciduous tree, commonly known as Shirasawanum maple, offering real character in the landscape, notable for fine autumn tints.

Expect it to reach around 2.5m tall by 2m wide at 10 years. Happy in full sun, though it tolerates some shade on most soils, and grows well in reasonably drained soil. It produces white flowers in spring, with attractive pink bark. Fully hardy throughout the UK.
