Details
A reliable deciduous shrub, commonly known as Plumed hydrangea, well suited to UK gardens, grown for its white flowers in autumn.
Growing to around 3m tall by 2m wide at 10 years. It is best in sun or partial shade, in acid to neutral soils, and happy in moisture-retentive or damp ground. Reliably hardy across most of the UK and the flowers are a good nectar source for bees.
