A reliable evergreen shrub, commonly known as Holly olive, well suited to UK gardens, prized for its sweetly scented white blooms.
Growing to around 2m tall by 1.5m wide at 10 years. Happy in full sun, though it tolerates some shade on most soils, and needs good drainage. Reliably hardy across most of the UK. Holds an RHS Award of Garden Merit.
